Shipping Methods
We understand that our products are valuable and require special care during shipping. All items are carefully packaged, with service levels depending on the selected shipping method.
- Local Pickup (Israel only, by appointment)
- Registered Mail: tracked with signature confirmation, not insured
- EMS Express: tracked, signature confirmation, insured (basic coverage)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the item's weight, destination, and selected service. Exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Insurance applies only to EMS shipments. Registered Mail does not include insurance coverage.
Domestic Shipping (Israel)
All domestic orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Europe
Registered: 10–30 business days
EMS: estimated 3–7 business days
USA & Canada
Registered: 14–35 business days
EMS: estimated 4–8 business days
Australia / NZ
Registered: 18–40 business days
EMS: estimated 5–10 business days
Customs processing and local postal delays may extend delivery times and are outside Israel Post control.

- Discreet packaging with no external indication of value
- Secure sealing
- Weather-resistant outer packaging
Artwork & Paintings
To ensure safe delivery and reduce shipping costs:
- Paintings are shipped without frames - Only the canvas or artwork itself will be sent
- Shipping method (rolled or flat) is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the artwork's material, size, and condition
- All artwork is carefully protected with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit

Tracking & Delivery
Tracking and delivery confirmation are provided based on the selected shipping method. You will receive:
- Email confirmation when your order ships
- Tracking number for real-time updates
- Delivery notification upon arrival
- Signature confirmation when applicable
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
- Registered Mail: compensation is limited and subject to postal regulations
- EMS: includes basic insurance coverage; additional insurance may be arranged upon request for high-value items
We will assist in filing claims and resolving issues in accordance with the selected shipping method.
